The brown bricks are so terrible. Just paint over them please.

take them down. I think they are just a covering. or put some type of banner over them..

They need to put up some player banners over the brick....change them up every year. Then put glass up top in between.

The brown stones are brown because the previous administration was too cheap to pay for custom colored tiles to match the stadium concrete. The architect was forced to pick the closest standard color match.

a banner of a player or something would look better than the shite brown tiles.

Something like this would look much better. Current players...past....whatever. It would look much better than the ugly arse brick

I love the Tiger Stadium letters. Whoever decided on that should get a raise. We have needed that for 50 years. But, the art deco style columns that they just installed on the ground level are terrible. Whoever picked that should get a pay cut. We needed more classic design to match the arches.

I hope you're not serious...

To me, it's the tiles and the complete lack of any finishes underneath the upper deck. You can see the beams, fire protection, and sewer pipes. A good architect designs a building to look and feel great to pedestrians. West upper deck is typical contemporary trash.
I love the improvements they are making to the entry, the windows, and the north side....but I'd really like them to finish the job on the west upper deck.

I mean seriously. The north side just got a fresh coat of paint that's what? Grey? Looks nice as hell. Then we got these tan building blocks on the west side and two shite stain arches.

the west side just makes no sense in relation to the rest of the stadium

If the team that designed it were predominately LSU grads, we either need to fire all the professors and start over or scrap the program altogether because it is clearly spitting out inferior talent.

I mean, how can you miss it? And furthermore, how did it survive the punchlist?
Hey Joe and Herb, we all know your flunkies read this site and report back to gauge what LSU students, alums and fans have on their minds.
How about a letter explaining just what the heck you guys were thinking when all this mess was being designed and approved. None of it fits together aesthetically/architecturally going back to when the east and west upper decks were added. Doesn't seem it would have been too difficult for an architect to design something that fitted in with the "Roman Coliseum" look of the stadium. Yall weren't even close in getting that right and now all these West side improvements are an even further departure. You've got three completely different designs going on there and the new South End addition will add yet another totally unrelated design.
It's like a big Tiger Stadium Gumbo with all the kin folk coming over and throwing something different into the pot hoping it'll all taste good when cooked, but usually winds up getting tossed or left out in the woods for all the local Loup Garou's.
