A&M took it to UF, LSU, and Bama in the first halves of those games. UF and LSU made defensive adjustments and won their games. Bama didn't

That's because Saban is a genius. He obviously knows something we don't.

Question is:

What does he know?

LSU has a better defense than alabama. the problem with our D is our young and inexperienced guys make more mistakes. that's the way it goes; it will make them better next year. bama's D line is average.

Loston has been pissing me off with all the blown assignments and really shitty angles. I guess we know what Raymond doesn't do in guys.

While loston hasnt lived up to his 5* status, that last td was a mistake on a true freshman db.

Atleast we don't have to deflate balls and STILL lose to Oregon and switch our players' jerseys to try and disguise them. Nice try though troll.

LSU gave Bama the blueprint to win, but they are so arrogant that I guess they figured they could do it on their own. Silly gumps.

And LSU gave the Aggies the blueprint to beat the Gumps.

The emotional "hangover" is absolutely real and in fact is one of the most important factors in many college games. Not so much in the NFL because the players are professionals and there's less raw emotion in those games. I routinely see a team that is "flat" the week after a big emotional game, especially if they have to go on the road the next week. I feel it too as a fan - I'm just not jacked up as much and you know the players feel the same. There's not a lot a coach can do, so you just have to hope that the team can flip a switch at some point and get the intensity back. Bama was flat as a pancake the first qtr against A&M. They turned it back on after the first quarter against A&M, but the 20-0 hole was too deep.

How was LSU's Defense able to out perform the Mighty Nick Saban's Defense?

We lost the last two games vs. Bama. Please calm down.

LSU's D is built to defend the spread and can contain a power team. Bama's D not so much, they play 5 d-linemen that they call 2 of them linebackers, they are just not fast enough. If they make it to the MNC against Oregon they will get beat badly.

This is probably the worst team Bama has had since Saban's 1st year.

I believe we were in a bit of a handover as well.

We were dead the first few serioes defensively this past weekend. And that notorious crowd was a non factor.

I think Both Bama and LSU teams and fans spent alot of energy last week and we both showed signs of fatigue and lack of focus.

Who intercepted that pass in the end zone and returned it 100 yds. for a TD? Loston did. If you're gonna' criticize him don't leave out the good parts.

They didn't have the want or chest to stop Johnny Foosball. They were worn out at the back end of the game.

I ask this gently? Why?

On another note, do you all believe that McCarron is overrated now? Great quarterbacks can lead their teams back to victory without much help from the opposing defense. The 20 point deficit did prove too much in the end, but is this loss really on the defense or the offense? No one's really questioning the Alabama offense and McCarron after their last 2 performances, but many are quick to criticize Saban and the defense.
