Game 1 I thought Burrow showed poise and confidence at QB. He made some changes at the line of scrimmage that I was impressed by.

Game 2 He was solid against an inferior opponent.

Game 3 - Accuracy was off, the confidence was not that present, and didn't see many changes at the line of scrimmage.

I'm optimistic that he has enough to get the job done, but he isn't the world beater that he was hyped up as. Maybe our play calling is a bit terrible and running game is weak.

Our WR depth is too deep, with a subpar rushing attack, we should start implementing the short passing attack to offset the lack of quality in the running game.

Honestly, I expected us to be 1-2 at this point, but we are 3-0...kudos to CEO, but we have to keep improving!

Thought?

Doesn't tend to make mistakes -- and by that I mean that when he misses, he misses so that no one on the opposing team can make a play. I like that.

Room to improve for sure but a major upgrade.

do you really think that he didn't have the confidence in the Auburn game?

4th down conversion to sullivan?
sideline pass to Dee anderson?

Nah. Burrow is confident and has moxy.

This seems simple, but is so much more important than most people realize.

Its okay that hes not lighting the world on fire, hes getting the job done when it matters.

He is a more clutch version of Etling. Skill set is very similar, but I think he is less rattled and comes up big when we absolutely need a 1st down. There is no way I believe he was neck and neck with Haskins for the starting job at OSU. But he is by far better than anyone we had on the roster. I would rate him, so far, slightly above Etling, but below Flynn.

It was his first true road start in a hostile environment. I think he will improve.

WR too deep? Minus Jefferson they were blanketed all day. When are the coaches gonna realize Dee Anderson is an every down WR? We will be good there as Chase & Marshall develop but right now Dee & Justin need to stay on the field. As far as Joe it takes months and months to settle into a new offesne. He is tough and brings that confident blue collar mentality that we need. He will make plays because he has that “it” factor that can’t be taught. But what can be taught is efficiency, timing etc. that will come. It took Mettenberger till November his first year as starter. I believe Joe will get more efficient as we go into the gauntlet. Next Season I expect big things from Him.

Needs to develop a better rapport with his receivers. 40% passing won't help the team as the season wears on.

Improving with each game. WR's inexperience plays a part in development. WR's having trouble getting seperation. That will come with playing time. GEAUX JEAUX.

He's smart and clutch. He doesn't have crazy stats, but he does what he needs to do to win. Period.

He’s really good but has always been in a spread offense. Just give him time to adjust to pro style.

I think His downfield accuracy isn’t great. But not many people have that kind of accuracy’s

I feel Like when we gave him stuff over the middle and underneath he is much more accurate.
A lot of it had to do with him getting the ball of quickly.

Clearly that was a focus and he was just sorta letting it rip.

Well eventually level out and be good I thinj.

Needs to work on his touch and accuracy, especially on downfield passes, and people would think more highly of him. He has poise and moxie though which you can’t teach and are important in a QB. That’s more than we can say for most of our QBs in the last decade. So far, so good

He’s a perfect game MANAGER. He has proven he can make clutch plays and protect the ball. Also does not seem to get rattled. He is more accurate than his stats show him to be but he’s no gunslinger QB.

Now, he has potential to improve and get a better rhythm with the receivers.
