I disagree. At first, we were all hoping for a Heisman and even after his two poor games with ints, for the first time in years, nobody was tying to talk up our second string QB!
And now that AJ has looked great coming in for Mett, we still still see a 100% united board on Mett's starting job in the bowl game if he can play.
Like I said, it's the first time in years that nobody is talking up our second string QB so Mett had to have done a whole lot of things right this year.
I love his story coming from Geo and all. When we add that this team lost so many defensive players to the NFL, this team did play their hearts out and he was right there leading that charge.
