We all want Fontenot to be good... he showed heart in that Super against FSU and was on the wrong side of an epic duel. What has he done besides that? Besides PM making him a "closer" that more times than not ends up blowing it

he's been awful in non save situations his whole career.

I am tired of watching this kid lose ball games or give up multiple run leads in the ninth. He should start or middle reliever. Has to be someone on the bench that can get people out.

I been saying his whole career. Most overrated lsu pitcher I’ve ever seen. It sucks bc he has heart and cares about lsu obviously.

This season he’s been right there with Cooper. Both have been horrible and shouldn’t see much action going forward.

I will say he did have a good moment when he pointed at "LSU" when he closed the game to beat OM last year. He does care

Yeah he really shouldn’t throw the ball 10 feet over the first baseman’s head on a routine ground ball to let a run in
