He’s 57 and on the wrong side of being innovative

Lacking compared to last year
We've given him a full 2 games to implement his systems and procedures. Everybody knows if you can't equal the accomplishments of the greatest college football season of all time in 2 games you should be fired.

It’s never going to be last year again. If that’s the standard by which you judge LSU football, you should probably quit watching now.

Doing the same thing he did with the Cowboys.

We don’t have a play calling issue, we have an execution issue. The drops are ridiculous, and they aren’t the only mistakes we’re making.

Play calling ain’t the issue. Jenkins had a drop on 3rd down where he was wide open because of the play call

Also lacking over 2/3 the starters.

2nd down play calling is what concerns me. Got to keep pressing on second after a successful first. One of the main things that made last year’s offense so potent is that it never mattered what down it was, we were always pressing

The players have to execute the plays. A lot of inexperience that will only be learned at game speed.

That TD pass to Marshall was a great playcall

What does that mean? There were a lot of CEH up the middle for no/short yards on 2nd down after a successful first down play. Burrow would hurry the team up to the line after an 8 yard play, take a quick snap and hand off to Clyde up the middle. Sometimes it worked, lots of times it didn't. What is different this year?

Haven’t seen one bunch formation yet.

I was told by many people on this board E was a great OC and he got the playbook that's all he needed.
Our 3rd down Offense and Defense has got to improve

I remember people bitching about too much bunch formation last season

I saw one bunch play and they ran off of it.
