If this years team had even a decent o line, I fully believe we would be the team to beat in the SEC

linebackers are a little weak. coaching is brand new. Top 10 at best if everything would fall right this year. Similar to 2018

Well in that case keep O. Keep his new assistants let them grow and become the next bug things. And firing Creg and hiring Davis should solve everything.

We are a decent oline, LB, Safety and great QB play away. Max is good but at this point, not a championship QB. He may get there but he isn’t there yet.

Y'all are in for a rough October man. I won't gloat, but you do it to yourself man. This team gives up chunk plays like a sieve and the passing game is about efficient as a Miles one.

I think most of the pieces are there, but the LB group is so weak it makes the OL look good.

Here is what the opponent should do, find #23 on the field and run his way or run his man in a wheel route.

Weakest S and lb groups I’ve seen at lsu in a while
Unproven rbs
Questionable punting
Jury still put on the coordinators
A head coach with no expertise on either side of the ball

Yeah they are close

I’d say a decent o line away from a 9-10 win season.

You are a fricking idiot

It’s almost like you ran out of negative shite to say so you just pulled that out of your arse. Don’t y’all remember how pathetic our passing game was during that period of time? We are light years ahead of that right now and you can’t tell me I’m wrong

I said what I said. Just because LSU is rolling out of the shotgun it doesn't inherently make the passing offense more successful. The results on a per play basis is still about the same, it's a passing game overly reliant on explosive plays. Same deal as any Miles team besides 2013.

I remember perfectly what it was. I never said it was the same scheme. Of course this offense throws the ball a lot more, that doesn't make it better by default. It's not an efficient passing game. Look at the numbers.

decent?

we would need an all-world offensive line to be "the team to beat in the SEC"

A decent line and we could be 9-3, 10-2. Agree with that.
