Vegas has them as better than a lower tier SEC team this year. They are going to give us a little trouble, and if we come out flat/sloppy, it's going to be an ugly game. That's just reality.

All of this talk of fans on here "overrating" them is ridiculous. This game screams "trap" based on a slew of factors, so it's an interesting storyline to discuss. No, we have no bearing on the game, but our team better come out 100% and put these sons of bitches away like we should.

Your post is absurd. Les Miles makes every supposed easy victory a nail bitter.

Why does he do that ?

They're not going to beat us calm down.

I think we should sit Fournette, Beckwith and Harris for this entire game. Why risk it?

Exactly and to come on here and proclaim it will be no contest and easily beat them is just plain retarded.

As long as LSU doesn't spot those boys more than 14 pts off bad punts, we should be ok.

I bet I could find this word for word on an ole miss board.

Eta: except for specific win/loss reference

The WKU game has all the makings for a "trap" game. Easy, non-conference opponent, after an intense, emotional SEC game followed by an open date with a trip to Alabama waiting a week later. Throw in they have a good passing attack coupled with a weakness in our secondary. I wouldn't touch this from a betting standpoint but at the end of the day, we win this going away easily. Yeah, they may put some yards up but I like our secondary getting a good workout with the November we have ahead of us. Let them test us but we have more talented players that will wear them down. Plus, LF7 and the others leaders said Eastern Michigan was on them for laughing during the week of practice. That won't happen again.

No need to wait. You are correct.

Are you saying loosing an OOC regular season game is impossible?

Under Miles so far, sure.

I'm really saying does this QB play defense? Because regardless, LSU should control the game from the start just as they have all season long.

Miles teams always play down to competition. I just do not see his teams come out and destroy someone from the opening bell. It's always an adventure giving the team that they're playin hope that they can win the game before LSU salvages itself, and takse the win.

Last nite was another example! Florida of course isn't an inferior team, but LSU played great in the first half and was up 28-14. Most SEC teams come out in the second half and open this game up blowing these people out and sending them home early. Instead a Miles' team comes out unprepared (A trademark of his by now) and let these people right back in the game. People will make up the typical bullshite excuses to try and cover LSU's bad play in the second half, like FLA's great defense came alive and all that shite. But LSU had these people on their heels all nite, and it should have continued.

But LSU came out playin conservative (Another Miles trademark) with the terrible playcallin and let them right back in the game. I swear this has been very frustrating watching this team over the years with the talent they have. I keep dreaming of someone else being coach opening up the treasure box of talent they have on offense and blowing team after team away in the SEC including Alabama.

Imagine what Baylor's coach could do with LSU talent or even a Mike Leach. Points galore! LOL

The team they just beat, North Texas is now 0-6..

They scored 55.. and he had an INT in that one

LSU can score 50+ if needed.

He threw 2 INTs vs Indiana in a losing effort.

Or it could be that some of you tards act like every game that doesn't need a pinball machine scoring mechanism to keep track is a nail biter.

Secure victory, fight like hell. That's Les Miles.
