Great coach my arse! Pricks like you are clearly happy with the 9,10 win seasons and a trip to the Midas bowl every year! Well, I'm one of those that's not! I like to see the kids contending to win a NC every damn season like a Alabama because I damn sure don't want to see them dominating like they were recently in part thanks to us because we self destructed against the pricks.
You sound like a miserable person.

Miles teams always play down to competition. I just do not see his teams come out and destroy someone from the opening bell. It's always an adventure giving the team that they're playin hope that they can win the game before LSU salvages itself, and takes the win.

Ooooh really. Maybe you just have an anti-Miles selective memory?

I can go on, but I don't want your brain to explode.

You do realize that LSU is averaging 37.3 points per game...right? Ranked 16th in the nation. Don't let facts get in your way though.

It is a good opportunity for the DBs to show they are back.

We will win but by less than 10. We can't win big, we don't know how.

See my post two up from yours. Again, don't let facts hurt your anti-Miles agenda. Also, would you be willing to place a bet? I'll happily spot you your 10 point spread.

you sayin LSU's offense is explosive??

Oh, and I could go back and post a lot of close, drawn out games over Miles' tenure at LSU to, but I'm too frickin tired and just don't feel like it honestly. And my brain is fine.

At moments, yes, but we don't need to be explosive to win games. Are you saying we don't average 37.3 points per game? Also, why no comment on all the blowouts I posted? Your arse got owned.

Here's another killer fact that's going to hurt your pass happy agenda:

Nat'l champion's passing attempts ranking per game last 10 years:
Ohio State 104th.
Florida St 70th
Alabama 112th
Alabama 90th
Auburn 113th
Alabama 102nd
Florida 113th
LSU 73rd
Florida 62nd
Texas 105th

The folks making the Top 50 in passing attempts don't win National Championships. Good coaches know the run wins championships.

I remember a certain coach here losing to UAB one year. I think he is still coaching. Mentioned that the team lost because they looked like a brook trout.

Well no shite. So could I. However, I'm not the one running my mouth saying crap like "we don't blow out other teams"..."all our games are close with Miles". The fact is we do blow out other teams on a regular basis. You're rarely going to blowout SEC teams. Other teams don't come and lay down for us.

Here's the juggernaut mountain defenses WKU has played against. NONE of these teams have LSU caliber of defensive personnel.

Total defensive yards per game:
Vandy 377...WKU won going away 14-12. Vandy is ranked 123 in offensive scoring per game. If Vandy had any resemblance of an offense they would have rolled WKU.
La Tech 387
Indiana 478
Miami (OH) 476
Rice 488
Mid Tenn 413
N Texas 550

calm down, we would all like to see that, but you can't demand reality to be what it's not, enjoy what is, resisting it is futile

And there's a got damn reason for that! Don't you think? You haven't a clue! But you're the one talkin shite, man! And I'm just tired of arguing with numb skulls like you! You see what the frick you wanna see and expect others to agree with your shite. Well, it doesn't frickin work that way, podna!

LSU is not a good team right now. And lots of it has to do with coaching. Sure they have the talent, but the performances you get every week from Miles' teams just don't add up to what he has on that team. You have a team that wins games, sure, but they underachieve. They play all uneven. The play callin is usually horrible. His players are lethargic at times with their heads not being in the games leading to costly mistakes and all. People can see all that. Leonard Fournette is the only bright spot on that team right now. Helluva a kid and player! But as for everything else. That team is just sleep walkin right now. I hope they wake up in time to see the great opportunity in front of them.

how do you want to fix the problems you are pointing out in this thread and another? Fire Les when he's 6-0? Try to get Saban back?

I'm pretty sure we will win but this is a perfect "trap" game - between Florida and Alabama.
I don't think we cover the spread because I feel like we'll be flat in the 1st half. But who gives a rat's arse about the spread, just win baby!
