We have multiple guys that could start.

With 4 guys that actually will start including Midweek… we still won’t need to extend anyone unless coaches want to. Guys will be fresh at the end of the year.

Unless a bunch of guys under perform, we are gonna have some really talented pitchers struggle to find innings.

Where’s the crowd from last year who said Dylan and Tre’ were bad? I guess we didn’t lose that much production, right ??

I was at the scrimmage last night. When this guy stepped up to the plate, I said, I like his cuts at the ball. His next trip up, Home Run! This guy:
Jake

As for pitchers, we have 10 left handed pitchers on the roster and 15 right handed. Going to be another fun year folks.

Does West Coast Style make an appearance this year.

I'm just hoping for some gorilla ball from Bear, Travinski, Kling, White, and whoever else decides to join the party

Weekend starter level talent:

Hurd
Holman
Jump
Herring
Coleman
Auckenhausen
Loer
Johnson

And I could be forgetting someone.

Noot comes back in April/May and possibly Shores by end of year. Both are weekend starter level.

Several other good arms on the team that can make some noise. This is a heck of a pitching staff.

Maybe Holman can get there one day, too

Dang Holman must have took a complete nosedive. Went from preseason all American to not even a weekend starter level pitcher lol

My bad. Brain fart. I confused Anderson and Holman. Just edited my earlier post.

but, can we hit?
I can’t believe you ppl are questioning if a Jay Johnson team will be able to hit.

I think this is going to be a team that frustrates the fans who tend to be apoplectic after each loss. There is a lot of talent. But a lot of unproven talent. It's probably going to take a few months for Johnson to start really figuring out who are his guys.
