You post about him winning a super bowl ring but he was an assistant to the actual o line coach. Meaning he fetched papers and shite.

Well here's some info for you to really cry about:
quote:

Cregg has six years of NFL coaching experience to go along with 15 years at the collegiate level.

quote:

as an offensive lineman at Colorado State University. He was a first-team All-Western Athletic Conference selection as a senior in 1995.
quote:

In 1994, Cregg helped Colorado State to the first 10-win season in school history
quote:

At Colgate, Cregg was part of a staff that led the Raiders to the 2003 NCAA Division I-AA championship game. Colgate won 21-straight games during his time on the coaching staff. In four years at Colgate, claimed two Patriot League titles
quote:

That season, the Volunteers allowed just 12 sacks, tied for fewest on the Southeastern Conference.
quote:

USC finished second in the nation in sacks allowed (eight) despite not starting a senior along the offensive line.

Like your crying over it, I can't believe Eaux hired the SOB. LSU had a great OL coach like Grimes and followed him up with a guy who has a shite resume like this. LSU is SCREWED !!!!

I actually Agree that his is a good hire

But we don’t need you to start a thread about his tweets every other day. People can just follow him on twitter.

It’s just not a good thread to keep making.

As I said fricktard he may be great for us but it’s weird flaunting his Super Bowl ring when he wasn’t the actual o line coach. Post those accomplishments but stop boasting about his ring. He wasn’t the o line coach.

Why because Coach Eaux hired what is possibly the BEST O-line coach in college and pro football.

Why? Because it's about LSU and the new O-line coach? Does it bother you?

Are there some horrible news threads I can start right now that would make you happy?

Well he was an assistant coach and there are 32 not assistant NFL coaches. And he didn’t get any of this jobs. So I think It’s safe to say he isn’t the best OLine Coach in pro football

This isn’t news. That’s my point. Everything he tweets isn’t news. If he tweets a video of OL drills, go for it. That’s awesome we’ll all be very interested in that. If he does an interview and talks about the OLine, go for it.

But if the only positive thing you can find regularly is some tweets from our OL coach talking about how he likes being our OP coach and the same fricking picture of him as an assistant OL coach than maybe people are going to get annoyed with your shite.

You could have made 1 thread that says “Cregg is great on Twitter” and that would have been an ok thread.

But this thread sucks.

“The BEST O line coach in college”

Seems I recall much the same being said about a certain OC last yr. How did that work out for us?

Why don’t we wait at least a few games into the season before we start labeling any new hires as the best or great.

You get all bent out of shape when we don’t share your absolute certainty that this is a slam dunk and has no chance of failing. I agree this is a good hire based on his resume, but we have no idea how good this line will be until they take the field. Period. We’ve been promised a lot both by this head coach and the last one and have been let down plenty. So why get so pissy because some of us aren’t sold YET?

YET, mind you.
