1. The young players getting more reps if not starting: Womack, Harris, Heard, Hilton, etc.

2. Emery being back in addition to health Logan Diggs is going to be a ton of fun to watch.

3. Mississippi State hasn't been passing the ball well and has been committed to the run. So if they do try and air it out, then at least they won't be very experienced at it.

I just have a feeling we are all going to be VERY happy tomorrow afternoon. After that, we are heavy favorites against Arkansas at home then slight favorites at Ole Miss. They play Bama the week before on the road and so should be worn down.

Maybe Maason Smith will play well since he got the rust off against Grambling...That'd be nice.

Maason Smith needs to step up now. One thing I haven’t seen mentioned is looked out of shape against grambling. He needs to turn it up a notch and be the first round pick that he’s capable of being. We don’t have enough time for him to slowly work his way back.

Agree. Him being suspended doesn't explain why he was/is out of shape.

I think there are so many nega-tigers on this board, they actually want us to lose tomorrow so Nuss can start

Minimal impact here.

W. Rogers has a 72% completion rate with 8.5 yard average. This is his 2nd best completion percentage and best average yardage to date.

I'd say he's more efficient with far fewer chances.

I realize that this positive thread and I’m all for it and agree on most of your points but this one.

Do you think this team is not experienced at throwing the ball around. Will Rogers has thrown for over 11,000 yds and like 80 TDs in his career. They e been committed to the run so far but that don’t mean that can’t throw it.

Also, they may have had a conservative game plan last week to hold some things close to the vest for SEC play. Not sure what to expect from them tomorrow. You can bet they'll sling it if it gives them a chance to move the ball.

Hope it’s not like the 2017 game. That was a very ugly and unexpected loss.

Him having a sprained ankle and being limited to hitting bags on the side explains it...

I mean, I'm happy about it but whoever scheduled Ole Miss having Bama and LSU back to back is an a-hole lol

It'd be great if he'd put in Nuss for a couple pre-determined series like the Purdue game

that team finished 9-4 and was 19 in the final polls. One of the best MSU teams in recent history.

idk if this one is that.
