To expedite this divorce, fans need to stop showing up and supporting. Hurt them financially till they fix their dismal decisions

Why?

Because the buyout is cheaper?

So we should pay him 9 million in 2022 and 2023 so we can save 8.4 million on his buyout?

If you fire him now, then you're also paying another coach a multi-million$$$ salary in '22 & '23, Einstein...

NOT a defense of O; just a critique of your logic implying that it SAVES money to fire him now

Good then we’ll have someone coach the fricking team.

Fire O now and we save 9.6 Million in 22 and 23

That’s 4.8 a year. That’s enough to make a coach a top 16 in salaries.

And that’s just paying him what we save by firing O.

If we spend a little more money we can get into the top 10

4.8 million is a pay raise for:

Fickell
Napier
Dave Aranda
Kiffin (small raise)
Any coordinator we may want.

And lose 50 million in revenue due to lower ticket sales, merchandise, parking, food plus significantly less desire by those willing to pay towards N.I.L. which scares away prime recruits.

Sounds Penny Wise and Pound Foolish.

Seems like you’re bitter about eating a lifetime of shite and regret not getting out while you were still young.

so now you're leaving out the $8.4M buy-out again?

I agree we need a change, but math never changes

If we keep O we give him 18 million in 2022 and 2023.

If we fire him we give him 8.4 Million in 2022 and 2023.

18 - 8.4 = 9.6
That’s the savings.
That’s the math. Firing him gives us the added bonus of him NOT coaching our team.

2019 is the kid. You can’t regret getting married because you love your kid, but that doesn’t mean you should stay in a relationship that doesn’t work.

Apparently he doesn't want another kid, because for 2 seasons he has just bent us over and screwed us in the arse.
