Floyd was on his way to a career night until a bizarre episode between the ump and the LSU dugout. You could tell Floyd was thrown off by that. Baseball is a mental game.

Came to post this - that was the most ridiculous waste of time I've ever seen - leaving the pitcher on the mound for 5 minutes while the AU coach showed his arse. Unbelievable - unless that was his REASON for stopping the game. Refs should have tossed his arse out after 10 seconds.
The whole game cratered after that.

I thought there was a rule about delaying the games?
It was obvious the Auburn Coach was jawing to slow the game.

It’s just hard to watch Floyd dominate for three and unravel in 4th when auburn only had one hit
That ended up being the game

Yeah, I just knew Floyd was going to carry us into the 7th last night the way he threw the first 3 innings. He was deadly.

While I agree that the umpire was unprofessional nd an absolute embarrassment, it's not like LSU really earned the win either. Leaving 20 guys on base last night and constantly striking out with the bases loaded/having runners on 2nd and 3rd was absolutely pathetic.
