Pretty much any regular season baseball game, pro or college, should be tv viewed on mute with the music of your choice as your audio. Notable MLB exceptions: Mets tv (GaryKeithRon are the best in the biz) and Brewers radio (unless Uke retired and I missed it).
Pick a high-stakes game/series like MSU or UGA and give it a few innings so you can get familiar with any interesting stories about some of the tougher opponents and then, but then get back to rocking. There’s almost no reason for play-by-play and color until the SEC tournament.
