We are doing pretty good vs Covid 19 in Louisiana, but cases and hospitalizations are growing fast in 30+ states. I doubt seriously LSU or any SEC school will increase their stadium capacity this season.
Right now I am wondering if LSU and SEC schools will allow any fan into basketball games.

Lot's of Democrat sheep in here.
Go to the CDC website and read the data for yourself. 96% of deaths had a pre-existing condition and the average age of death is 75.
Life should 100% be back to normal. We knew this data back in May which is why Republican governors opened up their states.

The proverbial cure is worse than the disease situation. We live in America where people should not lose their freedom. Give us the information, protect those at risk of litigation, and open the fricken Country, state and Stadiums up. If you’re afraid to die, stay your arse home. The initial goal was to not overwhelm our health systems and now they continue to move the goal post as to why we need to stay restricted. Our liberties are eroding right in front of our eyes and we are letting it happen.

Covid is a hoax. Take off your masks pussies.

You realize pre existing condition doesn’t mean dying, right? If your kid is born with type 1 dm, that’s considered a comorbidity. Also, uncertainties surround the virus, like clotting issues and possible link to future CHF. You’re only fortunate that science is where it is today,

When COVID rates are spiking in other areas of the country, the fact that you're even making this argument is a testament to the hard work of our Governor and his administration. Consider where we were following Mardi Gras, "spiking" like New York and others; then where we are now, among the best. If some are prepared to "blow it off" and ignore safe practices, perhaps that's a sign of success. Let's hope that more sober-minded officials continue to follow the recommendations of the health care scientists, who are working to minimize the risks to us all.

Do 100% and require the useless mask for those who choose to attend on their own free will.

How bout let people have the freedom to decide for themselves? We kinda have enough data. Government doesn’t need to be our mommy and daddy.

What this means is that the people dying of Covid would likely have died this year from other causes. Of course there are exceptions, but I'm talking about statistics nationwide.
This entire Covid reaction is out of control and has been completely politicized.

it’s called freedom. Let people that want to attend, attend. Let the others stay home.
This is dumb as shite. "It's called freedom. Let people that want to drive drunk drive drunk. Let the others stay home".
The fact is that literally every law takes away some level of freedom. I don't see anyone arguing against seatbelt laws. If something as minor as wearing a mask is that upsetting to you then you are a baby. It's an *extremely* minor inconvenience for a pretty significant public benefit. Even if you dont *want* to wear a mask, who really gives a shite? You care *that* much?

To the contrary, I've seen stories and numbers suggesting "excess deaths" are up this year.

Source? I'm genuinely interested in this and if such a statistic is really out there and comes from a reputable source, it would significantly change my view on lockdown measures. All similar stats that I've seen during the past 6 months suggest the complete opposite of what you're saying.

If people thought like you (me me me) in 1941, we’d all be speaking German right now. Common good, Healthy society, selfless acts of responsibility. You can’t have it both ways.
