This board really needs to take a step back and breathe

We lost our season opener by a touchdown. We will be 4-1 headed into a top 10 matchup at home. We have a top 5 recruiting class incoming. Our defense is so much better than last year. The offense hasn’t fallen off much despite replacing Nabers and Daniels.
I understand the frustration with some aspects of the first half, but there seems to be a lot of angst here that has more to do with the general drop off after 2019 than with this team.
We are on track. Relax & enjoy the season.

Yeah. Clearly see LSU upsetting Ole Miss in Tiger Stadium yet again. Jevan Snead was the QB the last time Ole Miss won there & that’s not changing this year.

Let's not act like a win next week is a given. I fully expect to win, but USA is probably better than SC and UCLA. They dismantled App St and could have named the score against them.

Well documented that House was a mistake that warrants criticism, but it has been corrected.
In the context of building a program, a trend gives you more valuable information than a snapshot.

They can’t relax and breathe when all they envision as they close their eyes is LSU losing.
Our poor nega friends NEED us to win every game in completely dominating fashion, you know bc they work very hard to watch the games on TV and deserve the life boost.

It’s closer than we think. McKinley looked really good and if he starts getting more reps the D is going to drastically change. Washington was good too, if those two guys overtake Paez and #93, look out.

No they aren’t.
They got blown out by North Texas and lost to Ohio.
They are not upsetting LSU. But it will look a lot

Not trying to be a dickhead, just a serious question. Do we know that this year’s defense is better than Matt House’s year 1 defense?
