While I'm glad we are holding the program to such high standards, let's not forget where we were two years ago. Yeah we had a pretty crappy week and it was frustrating to watch but I guarantee you the team from two years ago could not have hung with Auburn today.

The defensive is pretty bad I'll admit but remember we are in a 7 man rotation without Manning and Bishop.

A loss in basketball can be meaningless at the end of the day. We have some pretty big home games coming up so let's quit the whining and pack the PMAC! This season could still be something special

Man so much of our fan base is a bunch of spoiled brats.

When I was there, there was fricking tuba player on the team and we sucked.

We took Auburn to the wire, should have won and frankly got the shitty end of so many calls.

Wades building a program with staying power but too many chicken littles can’t see the big picture.

People say some pretty stupid shite when they're pissed. After the game...some people were saying that the program was going in the wrong direction & that Wade needed to be fired.

It's quite obvious that its heading in the right direction. We can be mad about letting one slip away because of dumb mistakes and at the same time recognize the direction of the program.

This is the key and what we mustn’t lose sight of. Give the man a few years where the NCAA and/or administration don’t wreck his recruiting classes and you’ll be witness to the birth of a giant.

What’s important now is to give the coach and the team the framework of support upon which they can build the future

This. This season has really showed be how hard it is to build a culture around a program. The complaints of all the grey hairs in the stands is a product of the culture that was built back in the 80s-90s when they were probably in school.

Honestly I think we are still reeling from the effects of the Trent Johnson and Johnny Jones years

Auburn is a good team and got all the calls. Nothing to get the pitchforks out over. We have a good team. Much better than I'd anticipated going into the season.

It was just the way we lost. It stings losing after holding multiple 15 point leads. On the bright side, I had money on the Tigers +5.5 so I still won.

You have to be an idiot to think Wade needs to be fired. And no the sky is not falling. Get manning and Bishop healthy and this is a completely different team. Could give Mays the rest he needs to finish correctly.

Tough as hell to win conference games on the road. LSU took a ranked team to overtime at their house before losing. Sky isn't falling.

You can be thrilled at the obvious upward projection of the program overall, while at the same time pointing out that the 2019-2020 team are currently choke artists.

You can also hope they can fix this choking habit, but based on how the season is going, it appears this is just a feature of this team.

With that, instead of getting mad, you need to learn how to deal with it in other ways. It will happen again. Just a matter of when.

We play well for 38.5 minutes then the wheels fall off. Can't close out the close ones. How does Skylar get trapped by three defenders on our side of the court and no one is there helping him?

Yep. Been that way all season though. Tough team to watch down the stretch. Their 3 point defense was non existent. Definitely yet another game they should have won.

If I remember right there was Marlon Taylor sitting there in the corner pass the ball skyler! He put himself in that situation he should have passed it to Marlon instead of trying to hold it

It will benefit LSU now than anything being in tight games especially against good competition.

no, we just think we should win a game where we're up by 14 in the second half and by 8 with 1:26 left.

I was just thinking about that. If I'm not mistaken, Auburn was playing for the trap and steal and when that's the case, the corner is the last place you're coached to throw the ball. If you dig a little deeper you'll see that 3 defenders were on Skylar and 1 shading Marlon. That leaves the question as to where the heck the other 3 LSU players were
