There is no "one game" to decide anything. Even Miles's loss in the title game. It is the entirety of the work, and right now the jury is out.

You should support him until he has shown himself incapable. As of yet, that has not happened. In fact the opposite has happened. The team has shown steady improvement. I'm optimistic.

I love when someone trys an intelligence boom only to have a typo. It almost always happens.

If Les was the coach this year with these results, you'd absolutely call this season a failure. You're lying if you can't admit it.

But less isn't the coach. We have a first year coach with a first year OC. You are lying, if you say that should not be considered also.

We fired Les to upgrade though. So no, I don't consider it. We hired O for stability supposedly. We weren't rebuilding according to all involved at the time of the hire.

We fired Les to produce better results. The product had grown stale. Year one is not the measuring stick. Year one is PART of the overall measuring stick.

Years 1,2,3 and possibly 4 will determine if O is the man for the job. Period.

Well, that makes you a typical Ranter (moron).

Stupid statement. Miles needing to be fired had absolutely nothing to do with Orgeron being hired.

Well, with the absolute beat down of a7m, the Star Wars halftime show, OBJ hanging out in the student section, the band playing Neck, and an overall great atmosphere last night; O has proven enough for me.

I’m officially a supporter. And I am sure we picked up several recruits last night with the show we put on.

I am comfortable moving forward.

actually the results of his firing absolutely matter.

the guy needed to be replaced.
but he needed to be replaced with BETTER.

if you’re not going to replace him with better, then why bother with the replacement at all?

Haters want to hang the Troy game on Coach O. Why not, then, should he get credit for the win over AU? The #2-3-4 team in the country? Fair is fair, right?

Les was fired because he seems to have lost touch with reality, seriously. something's just not right with him.

100% agree. I listen to his weekly podcast and this is very apparent. Class act, great guy, wonderful husband and father, but something is missing.

Him not being mentioned for any of the many open HC jobs is all you need to know.
