How...THE frick...could she even be considered anything remotely close to a 3rd party witness, if this is true?
I don't think they ever said she was a 3rd party witness. Just the other day they said they hadn't found one yet.

If you look in the video she's the girl standing right over Lowery as he gets kicked.
How do you know this?
I can't tell who the hell that is

I can't believe JJ beat up a marine who's friend was the great granddaughter of Huey Long. Not to mention a cousin of Dandy Don.
JJ hates LSU
JJ hates LSU

Have you read ANY of the news articles from today? They were even stickied at one point (they might still be)

Well, she answered the phone at 6:10 am the morning of the fight and told BRPD that Lowery was sleeping.

Come on, BRPD...
"Third party" to PD does not mean "independent".
Just means someone other than a victim, complainant, or subject.

Well she'll have had a great opportunity to ID the kicker then.
Yeah -- if she is the girl in the video -- then it's game over. Im still not understanding why witnesses that might be the friends of Lowery would lie about it being JJ that kicked him in the head.
I understand why they might lie about how the events went down, but quite frankly, I thought we were past that. At this point, with the video, the only question is, who is that man in the video that kicks the man on the ground? Circumstance means nothing anymore. We have a video. What happened to this argument? There is a real video now, we saw what happened, we saw that someone was helpless on the ground and we saw them get kicked. We KNOW that much happened. Seriously, someone explain to me what motive a friend of lowery would have to lie about WHO they saw kick him in the face?

By they, I meant the police. The media has certainly said she is a 3rd party witness.

If you and I get in a fight, anyone not in the fight with us would be a third party. This is pretty basic. No one is saying that her statement is unbiased. There is a difference between being biased and being a third party.

The unredacted report is still on tiger rag. It says that the police contacted Long at 610 am and she told them Lowery was at home sleeping. She would only know this info if she knew him personally.

Pretty sure that's what they're saying...

Come on, BRPD...
Someone who knows that a person is sleeping at 6:10 AM has direct bias or interest towards that person.

I thought a third party means no ties to either side.
My bad on the terms, I get what third party means, in this case. I heard many times and read that police were waiting on interviews from people that didn't have ties to either side and that there were NO third party witnesses up until today. (I read a report as early as yesterday from Stone saying they had "no third party witnesses", yet this girl is in the inital police report. explain that.
Unbiased is what I meant.

I think, in a legal sense, third party just means "not directly involved". IE, she isn't a potential victim or perp.
Not sure, though.

Yep, she can be biased as hell.
But if she swears Jordan Jefferson kicked Lowery in the face while he was on the ground
AND
there is a grainy 2003 Nokia phone video of a dude on the ground with a girl standing right on him and a aprox 6'4" black guy that kicks him
THEN
there's alot of corroborating evidence.

Well, just me might have a better background in this.
Just sayin'
