He’s still a great CFB personality + will be remembered that way by most of us.
I agree. And my take isn't LSU bias, I think he's just gotten worse over time. He started strong IMO and was an absolute favorite of mine.

But to put it into perspective my dream team caller/analyst is Tirico/Romo.

No true tiger fan with a brain is defending Danielson. When the second half began he sounded like he wished he was talking to the Georgia locker room.

I was at my daughter's house for the game - I jumped up and asked her to get me a pen and an note pad, cause I wanted to jot those words down before I forgot!!!!

That the whole game could have played out differently had UGA caught that 35 yd pass at the beginning.

No mention of LSU dropping a sure TD and having to punt.

If Georgia would have completed their first pass how different the game might have been

I learned that a stiff-arm should be a personal foul + that actual unnecessarily roughness out of bounds following getting your arse owned by a running back is “doing a great job”.

I swear you people don’t watch the game or make stuff up. You are referring to the play where CEH grabbed Reed’s facemask while stiff arming him pushing his helmet off his head. CEH did get away with a fask-masking penalty. There was no unnecessary roughness either, and that is why Danielson said he did a great job of not doing anything stupid once his helmet got pulled off.

They both grabbed face masks. Clyde held on longer.

The obsession some of y'all have with Danielson is really strange.

He was pretty complimentary about us.

True.

And he was not “pretty complimentary“. He was gushing.

He said midway through the second half that LSU should be #1 and Joe has won the Heisman.

If he was saying the things about Bama that he was saying about LSU, some of the dipshits on this board would be apoplectic

Romo is great. Tirico is overrated.

- The back of the wrist is called the forearm.

- Points are more important than yards.

Yeah, but it was said. My thoughts were: Not as big but faster.

Anytime Burrow throws a receiver open by going back shoulder or under throwing the ball, it’s “not really a good throw” but when the opponent does it, it’s pro precision

Those dudes were awful. If I was a B1G fan, I'd have to watch with the sound off and hope I could find a radio simulcast. They make Beth Mowins sound like the second coming of Howard Cosell.

Pretty sure Ika and Shelvin took that as a compliment
