They’ll have booze outside the stadium right?

I went three years ago with the family to both games. My brother and I were furious they didn’t have any booze for the SEC championship so we snuck some in for the Playoff game… only to see them now selling it.

Definitely sneaking in some nice whiskey

Did the same thing haha.
I know there’s a few liquor stores within walking distance of stadium. There were also some street car like vendors in the park where we took some shots before walking into MBS.

Thanks. I seem to remember all the bars/restaurants in the area being ridiculously slammed but the park area outside the stadium had beer vendors. Hopefully the rain holds off

I went last year. The only dry venue was the stadium itself. I hear the club level had drinks but I don’t know

Yes beer vendors and some had liquor and sold specialty drinks/shots, but they were charging obscene prices for those.

Hoping for no rain, as well!

I remember in 2019 they were very aggressively patting people down for flasks. Makes me wonder if they still allow you in if they catch you with booze?

This is why you tape your flask to the inside of your leg, where your nut sack is rubbing against it.

All the weak Alcoholics already getting the Sweats at the thought of not being able to get their game fix on.

It's both pitiful and pathetic that yall need that liquid to enjoy the game.

Im not quite sure what you're asking...for drinks outside of the stadium head towards STATS Brewpub and Der Biergarten for pre-game beers. If you want to sneak something in you're probably better off buying it at home and bringing it with you.

Can't enjoy a game sithout booze, huh?

Check out those various posts on this board from those chroniciling their lengths of sobriety. There is nothing in your life that alcohol makes better, whether sports or any thing else. ( Here come all the good time Charleys with their snarkey comments, but when you are over 30 and you still think its cool to post about alcohol or show yourself drinking on Facebook you have a drinking problem)

That’s you opinion. I can think of numerous things that drinking makes better. Sorry you have to attend AA every day but I can drink responsibly and have a good time

Club level has booze. It’s easy to sneak in there and buy it but hard to sneak it out.

Sorry to disappoint you but I don't attend AA meetings, nor have I drank alcohol since my college days.

I would be interested in your take on what is made better by alcohol.

Hopefully you can drink responsibly, but its definitely a red flag when one is concerned three days ahead about the availability of alcohol at a football game. The game itself should be enough without the need for alcohol. Enjoy your trip and bring home a Tiger victory.

The lower club sections have bars under the seats that you can buy and consume inside, but you can't take them outside to your seats.

in 2019 there was a full bar in the fan hall next to the stadium and it was not that crowded

Sad thing is to most lsu fans the football game is just an excuse for the drinking and partying and carrying on. This is why the state is in the sad shape its in.
