We need good players on OL and DL not staff termination.
Better Linemen would help, but they aren’t the ones looking clueless in the secondary. What’s going on there?

It’s already done and been decided. Pelini is out at the end of the year. TAF has secured the funds

Yep
We are more talented than any team we've played and that in spite of all the early departures, opt-outs, and injuries.
Something is strangely not right.

So with all your connections, you’ve got permission to come on a message board and start sharing information? About something that’s several months away (at minimum)?
I’m not doubting you. Just asking. Seems like it would be information that shouldn’t be leaked.

This should not only be leaked- It should be screamed from the rooftops. Let the world know we will not put up with this crap. This abysmal decision will be made right in the near future.

I think we overestimated our talent this seasons
I know I did.
But we are starting guys who at best should be rollplayers. Our Lines are pretty week.

Maybe in regards to Bama, Florida Georgia- heck maybe even A&M. But head to head talent with Miss St, Missouri? Shoot, we may get beat by Arky and Ole Miss this season.
This isn’t a talent discrepancy we’re witnessing. Young? Yes. Inexperienced at certain positions. Sure. But we have much better athletes than our record and stats are showing. This goes deeper and it’s getting worse. And don’t forget O said this d was better than last years was at any time. That’s really concerning and telling of a huge disconnect internally.

The OL and LBs are the only units on the team I view as a potential deficiency. No excuse elsewhere on the roster. There is plenty of talent.

I dont Disagree with you but the LOS is the most important aspect of football.
Our DTs are essentially non existent.
Logan, Farrell and Evans have combined for 20 tackles 1 TFL and .5 sacks in 5 games.
I mean... I didn’t Even realize how bad that was when I started this post.

Bullchit. If the alumni want pelini gone they have the money

Played significant snaps on a NC team. As did Ika. His transferring is telling. As was Shelvins opting out. Coaching decisions created much of the mess we’re experiencing now.

Probably a few position coaches will be replaced. Ed needs to start with “his” position, and get a better D-line coach

Let’s hope O finds out the defensive coordinator uses jar roux.

The University has had its hand out to TAF and other Alum donors since the pandemic began. You go to that well too often and at some point it goes dry.
You also can’t discount concerns over laying employees off, and then spending significant sums on one or more buyouts.

Normally I call BS on these type posts but when CEO made the comment yesterday that "we have to wait until the end of the year to evaluate staff" I said to myself that something is up already. That was similar to the ole vote of confidence in our coach going forward at least until we fire him statement...
