He is the greatest to ever play baseball at LSU. He is even better off the field. What a privilege to witness him play for LSU.

Hard to say no debate, but he is making his way there pretty quickly. We just need to enjoy what we have because it is special

He's making a strong argument for sure but you can't say he's unequivocally better than Todd Walker and Eddy Furniss yet.
I think you can safely say he's the best OF we've ever had though. If he finishes this season at .400+ with 25+ HRs and 100 RBIs then I think it can be said he's the best lsu player ever, especially if we can finish with the title

I think He’s definitely one of the most talented and could have the best MLB career.
But I think “Best player to play at LSU” he’s gonna need some hardware.

Yall need to learn to separate team accomplishments from personal ones. Crews could hit .450 in omaha and still not get a title

He’s the most talented and I think he could be when it’s all said and done. For me, it’s still Walker because of all the massive at bats that Walker had in crucial situations. He had a PhD in being clutch. Crews doesn’t need a ring but I want to see him come up in a game like tonight down two and hit a 3 run double in the 9th

Thats an opportunistic scenario. You cant base it off of a hypothetical that may or may not ever even have the chance of happening.

Well it is a program status as the best ever.
There are guys with insane stats and rings.
And I agree It is debatable whether team accomplishments should be considered.
But he doesn’t even have individual trophies.

We are finally seeing how good he is because this year, teams can't pitch around him any longer with White behind him!

His batting average got better when SEC play started
The stats are unreal and he's a great outfielder, too. He will make a lot of money in the majors.
.541 BA with almost a 1.000 slugging percentage. Not to mention his OBP is .667.
As a team, we are .465 OBP, too

Is it? I could be forgetting but I can’t think of any high leverage games where Crews has done something to be the hero. Obviously he has it in him but I think to say someone is the best ever he’s going to have some of those moments. Basing it just on stats is too simple
