I just watched it again, and he says “your question is out of line.” How can anyone reasonably and objectively see that and realize the question is not out of line but the response most certainly is??

I agree with this take…his #1 responsibility is to keep this locker room focused and motivated. I have no doubt he is coaching up this team and providing plenty of constructive feedback to the players. He doesn’t need to give that to fans or reporters.

Agreed at the same time he does not have to be an arse and be respectful. I would rather he just give a canned “coach speak” response.

I agree. Exactly how much does a reporter actually risk asking a question? The guy with the most risk is the HC and it’s ridiculous to assume a guy that LSU STILL BELIEVES IS WORTH $10mm isn’t self aware. It is entirely ok to point out that we are 3-0 because of culture, work ethic, desire, and then scheme, especially on defense. Not like UF wasn’t trying to win either.

I’m not so ignorant as to believe that nobody would bitch if we went 16-0 with an average score of 20-10. People bitched about Aranda because the offense was so good, and I’m old enough to remember people even bitched during Bo Pelini’s first run despite their success.

You can stand up for the players without melting out of control like a bitch.

We have things to fix
We have talented guys
We’re going to keep working and get better

Instead he did whatever the hell that was

I don’t think Sloan is the answer, but the real issue is Brad Davis’ inability to coach up the offensive line.

No, it wasn't. It's also a nothingburger.

Can we all agree now, since BK has apologized, that he was out of line but it's also not any huge deal?
