It’s clear after listening to show.
Mulkey is a straight shooter. Some don’t like that.
She said the refs were not making calls that they should have and it just caused the girls to play more aggressive. LSU plays aggressive and so does South Carolina.
Mulkey essentially saying that the South Carolina girls play rough and so does LSU when they have to and they were ready for it.
Mulkey is annoyed that staley is acting like her girls are angels and they aren’t

They dislike Mulkey because she will say/do whatever she wants to say/do. But more than anything they despise that her success and attitude makes her immune to their perpetual virtue-signaling and attempt to get her to bend to their will. The media is like any other bully. If you are not willing to put up with their bullshite and willing to punch back they cower in fear and scream from the sidelines.
The only groups Mulkey has to answer to are her school (and by associate, fans) and her players. BOTH love and respect her. As long as she has that she couldn't care less what other's. He success has given her the equivalent of F-You money both figuratively and literally. And the media HATES that fact
