Didn’t this frick just amend the Protect College Sports Act to avoid this very thing? Isn’t that why the holdouts finally voted for it?

Isn't part 1 if he went through the draft and didnt properly withdraw? So I get he didnt sign and didnt get drafted, but he was in the draft and didnt withdraw. So by their own rule now hes ineligible

I think the SEC/Stankey should be consistent. Every time the NCAA makes an eligibility ruling and is overturned by TRO, they should tell the school you will be penalized if you play him.
