He told him what the flag was thrown for.. then they discussed it and got the call right by picking up the flag

Not really sure how that wasn't PI based on how the play went. They had the right call on the field. Even looked like they were 5+ yards out when he blocked the DB.

All that matters is where the ball is caught. Which was behind the LOS.
