I think one guy hit over 22 MPH in the NFL last season.

Fournette clocked two runs at 21.76 and 22.05 in his rookie season in Jacksonville. Those were the two fastest in the NFL that season.

Somewhat you are correct. I think they over state or over think because he might the starting QB for us.
If he was starting at FSU, all the things I'm bringing up people would bring up because he isn't our savior.
Since he will probably be the starter people look at him different.

It's crazy how some people have such a personally biased opinion towards whoever starts. Trust that since we finally have a competent head coach, he'll make the best decision. I have faith in Kelly and will support whichever guy he feels gives us the best chance to win vs. nitpicking or being overly judgmental solely based on personal preference.

This. I trust that the staff is going to start whichever QB gives us the best opportunity to win. They’ve seen far more of what these guys bring to the table within this system than anyone on this board.

It really makes no sense why some are so diehard for or against one or the other.

That's why Plumlee is far and away the best QB in the country, duh.

I wonder how many years it’s going to take for posters to understand that the zone read and RPO are two different things?

Never. I'm convinced never.

Idk why you’re getting downvoted. It absolutely helps to run fast rather than not run fast.

Nah it was 21, but I think only like 5 NFL players clocked over 21 MPH last season. Chase was one of them.

RPO/ zone read/ whatever. You need a QB who is a threat to run to beat Alabama.
