He should be LSU's top target as DC. Offer him $2.5 M per season.

STOP WITH OFFERING EVERYONE SO MOTHERfrickING MUCH DAMN MONEY! What’s wrong with hiring someone with an industry average salary then backing up the Brinks truck after they’ve proven themselves?

Better fire House now and go after Leonard because USC is getting ready to throw a bag at them. They just fired their DC today.

He's worth more than House's or Pelini's annual pay.

He’s never shown any interest in coaching outside of the Big 10. That could open up USC now, but I don’t see him being interested here.

Muschamp would likely take the job and has always had success in the SEC. We know he can recruit.

Aranda may be fired. He would certainly be considered.

Blake Baker- would be down the list, but he has done well at Mizzou (for what he has there), is a good recruiter and has ties in LA. He did well with the LBs in his season here.

Bo Davis- he has never been a DC, so this is a bit of a risk. But we tried to hire him as a DL coach and he wouldn’t leave UT. We know he’s an elite recruiter and DL guy. This could hurt a program coming into the SEC (a little, especially in DL recruiting). You would have to surround him with an experienced staff to help him. Is it worth the risk knowing the positives?

I don't even know him, but I'm sure the dude is light years ahead of house.

Before he came to LSU, Dave Aranda was the DC at Wisconsin. That worked out pretty well for LSU, don’t you think?

I think he’s great but this doesn’t mean much. Big 10 offenses blow

Did you just completely gloss over the fact I said I think he’s great? Now try to disprove what I said about Big 10 offenses sucking or stfu

I will bet my life that Jim Leonard is not going to use.

I don't even see him taking the lsu job but it could happen.
