Not to mention her amazing private fundraising abilities for facilities that will directly improve the mens program as well,

Why did she leave baylor, anyway? from what I read a new basketball arena/complex was in the works at least a year before her exit. seems odd to bounce with a new arena on the way.

Honestly we should have all seen this coming. The entire women’s basketball team are seniors except for one person. The entire starting five are seniors. The whole bench are seniors except for one sophomore. These women have played basketball before, and when you add an elite coach to the mix the turnaround is pretty quick.

She brings an energy to our athletic programs not just basketball. She is a ball of positive energy. Maybe the best hire ever. Let her coach the football team and it would improve as well. She turns everything to Gold.

She is Leon Barmore made over, who patterned much of his coaching philosophy after Bobby Knight. Eliminate the smoke, focus your players on the things that are essential to winning. Defense, discipline, effort, coachability.

What’s crazy about that stats is how bad the last coach destroyed the program. What a horrible lazy coach she was
