That’s about the most moronic thing I’ve heard in a while.

Nope. LSU blew a big lead in the Tennessee game to lose that one early in the season on a Monday night. There is no way we would have made the NC game even with a win vs UGA.

I posted a tally at the beginning of last basketball season, and LSU basketball did better under Brady's 11 years than it did in the 11 years after caving to the idiots and firing him. I was right, and every idiot here who gave me shite for supporting Brady was wrong and a moron. Be it known: I am officially smrtr than anybody who ever wanted Brady fired.

Now the clock is ticking on LSU football. This will be the third full season after Miles. At some point, on-field results will have to justify the firing, or the firing will have been unjustified. I will be right again, and all of you will be wrong--objectively--again.

ETA: LSU's winning percentage with Miles vs. Bama is higher than the percentage of games vs. Bama in which LSU has scored a point since his firing. iT wAs TiMe 4hIm2Go

Nah. You want to take away from Miles things that actually happened. That's just a desperate attempt to justify the mass stupidity of those who wanted Miles gone.

this is the "fan" that would rather have LSU lose so he can say he is right than have LSU succeed so he can go away and be an idiot somewhere else.

You don't know what you're talking about. Miles h8rz were secretly thrilled when that replay review in Auburn went against LSU, and we all know it. Saban hurt them, and they blamed Miles, so LSU losing proved them right and emboldened their "Miles must geaux" bullshite.

Yes, but 2016 was a 4-game season for Miles.

That extrapolates to 6 losses, and by that time Miles was punch drunk to lose 6 and maybe a 7th in the Swingline Stapler bowl.

So decline? Yes.

When was the last time before 2016 we lost 2 of the first 4? Back in the Saban days?

You don't get to fire him and then pretend he wouldn't have gone 11-2. The truth is that every person who wanted Miles gone was scared to death of the possibility of LSU running the table after that Auburn loss. We all know this. Admit it.

You people are so desperate to shite on Miles that you blame him for losses that never happened and take away wins that did.

You people have to pretend things to be right.

I don't.

The clock is ticking. You shall see, just as you saw with Brady. I was right then--the results confirm this--and I am right again.

Can we stop with the false narrative that Miles "parlayed Saban's cupboard" into his success.

Miles was the coach at LSU for 12 years. During that time he had 114 wins.

It was time at the end for Les to leave. But its not fair to diminish all his accomplishments by giving credit to Saban when Miles had multiple double digit win seasons long after Saban left.

WHoleheartedly agree.

Even the year we won it in 2007, there was only one class left on the roster that was recruited by Saban. Miles was a great coach........................probably the greatest in LSU history. But at the end his time had run out.

Definitely an alter. He reminds me of a poster from nola.com a year ago, "Miles the Best". Same flawed arguments. Acted like he loved Miles, but occasionally tipped his hand that he was actually an Alabama fan.

Listen up, n00b. It’s storytime.

I’ve been on this site for nearly xv years. I am an absolute legend here. I predicted in October 2003 that LSU would win a national title if they ran the table after the Florida loss and was called an idiot by the entire internet, but that was nothing compared to the treatment I got in 2004 when I started boasting my prediction that John Brady would coach LSU to a Final Four, which came true in March 2006.

None of you will ever make predictions that brilliant as long as you live. Every time one of you calls me a moron, I ask myself, when will they learn?

I hope it’s never because I’ll always be chasing the high I got from having been right about the Brady Final Four.

I was right about it the whole time. Every person here who shat on me relentlessly for it was wrong, and they’ll always be wrong, and I’ll always be right, and nothing can ever change that, and I thank you immensely for giving me a reason to remind the rant of this.
