10:00 on the game clock is like 30 minutes real time. Do they really need 30 minutes to get from their seats to the field? We had piped in Tiger Band for 10 minutes of the first half.

I was bothered more by our D's inability to force 3 and outs.

Gameday production has been an overall shite show for years. The team, music, videos, etc are never in sync.

They're terrible fans for leaving that early. It wasn't even halftime yet

Why come to the game at all?

Probably had something to do with needing extra organization to perform with the alumni band.

I'm pretty sure on TV I overheard "back that arse up" instrumental pipped in, so I'll take 30 minutes or TGB pipped in any day.

They start to go down at that time. But they go section by section and it takes time for the entire band to empty out. And you never know how long it could be. Those 10 minutes could last a lifetime or those 10 minutes could be filled with run plays and the clock doesn't stop much.

They had to line up with the Alumni band.

I was trying to leave before halftime to get home and had to wait on the band to get out of the way.

My impression is that they do no dry runs and just sling some student up there working the AV and hope for the best.

Odd, TGBFTL was standing on the sideline all by themselves until the Alumni Band walked out with about 3:00 left in the half.

10:00 left in the half is WAAAYYY to long to prepare for the halftime show.
