the Texas, Michigan, Texas A&M, Ohio State’s, etc of the world. With no framework around NIL, those schools will dominate going forward with the right coaches. Not saying they have the best coaches now, but they’ll have the best players for sure.

Bama is still a powerhouse and will remain one. LSU is done with BK at the helm.

By that rationale Arkansas should be whipping almost everyone’s arse in NIL. Jerrah, Dillard’s, Walmarks, and Tyson Foods.

I’m sure we could have come up with more money for him, but at what point is paying your freshmen QB that hasn’t taken a snap 12+ million unsustainable.

I can’t really blame BK for not matching and I can’t blame underwood for taking the money.

You would think the Ivy League schools would dominate NIL

NIL is not our problem. We have always had above-average money. Look at our facilities. LSU didn't want to pay a kid more than $10 million who has never played a snap of college ball.

Also, the collectives are about to go away for a revenue sharing model and we'll be above average with that too.

These “facts” aren’t predictive of what we’re about to see since Michigan just raised the bar. Certain schools will be able to pony up, but most won’t.

I hate this worse than you do.

But LSU doesn't have an NIL problem. We have a Brian Kelly problem.

Alabama will forever be ingrained as a blue blood along and will always hold that status. Saban saved them from going into the gutter.
