LSU is currently prohibited from taking action against students per the SEC Rule. LSU has exposure relative to those prospective players. The SEC amended complaint asks for an injunction to force LSU to take action against those prospective players , which would relieve LSU from exposure to the State court. I think this is what is trying to be accomplished. I still don’t see how federal court will not kick this over to the state court per the Anti Injunction Act and current federal law.

Different parties are in both cases. LSU is not in the Louisiana case. So I don't know if the Anti-Injunction Act would apply.

Plaintiffs attorney asked for LSU to be included in the judges decision. Our own AG said LSU has sovereign immunity as an arm of the state.

No the corrupt conference commissioner is.

Nobody has a problem with his rules. The problem is he just picks and chooses which schools to apply them to.

This is true I believe. The SEC is NOT trying to help our legal position. They are serious about getting rid of what they seen as a rebel. They don't currently have justification to do it. So they are having a meeting, prior to court, to establish a referendum from the rest of the league to take to court, to make us defend that instead of the accusations, which are false.

LSU is specifically enjoined by the state TRO.

Also, I agree with disparate treatment. Look no further than 2022. Kirby, Jimbo and CNS were all reprimanded by Sankey for openly criticizing the SEC on NIL. My pony stands, however , that a valid proceeding exists in state court that should control the jurisdiction of the issue.
