People that follow the SEC has, not national media. Most of the chatter is from SEC National, etc.

Kirk for example has JD5 listed as third still, even after last week.

Trophy is a joke. Decided by men's favorite not best player. We all know how JD is

During the summer, put down like $20 on him winning the trophy. Payout is like $1500.

No chance. He was never +7500. I wanna say he was +2500 over the summer.

Agree that Daniels is not getting enough respect.

Daniels is the 1st player in NCAA history with 13,000 passing yards and 3,000 rushing yards.

His 11.6 ypa passing average this year is not getting enough attention. That is an absolutely elite average. And his 10.6 yards per play average is better than every Heisman winner besides Murray 2018 (10.68).

Lack of respect comes from all the ranters on here, talking shite, and putting down every game day host. People read that stuff and send it back to them. Of course they’re gonna hate LSU because LSU fans hate on them. People need to understand how to work the media.

Flush the Port-O-Potty aka GameDay and go live your life.

No need to thank me now

The college game crew loves him but I caught that shite too. If we had a commissioner with balls we would have had already lit them up over that since they have our TV contract they are supposed to help promote us

Or maybe he’s a man and not triggered by what ESPN thinks.

Correct. He was never that far out.
I placed my JD bet on July 5th and it was +1100.
Put $40 on it. They are offering $60 right now, if he wins it’s $440.
I also have Bo Nix at +1800, $15 bet and they are offering $120. It’s a $285 payout if he wins.

I really think I should cash out the Bo Nix one now.

Go look at Penix,Nix,and Daniels stats vs top 50 defenses and tell me if it’s the schedule still. Daniels has destroyed top 50 defenses and those other two haven’t done shite. All their stats are against scrub defenses.

I want him to win it more than anyone, but this isn't really relevant. They can't just make it a lifetime achievement award.

Then they listed him way at the bottom of their odds at +2200 for Heisman,
I get that it was likely a mistake, but come on, that was ridiculous. Any of them paying attention would have clearly said made notice of it.

It’s the schedule

Daniels averaged 14.8 ypc, had 168 yards on 11 carries and threw for 219 yards against Bama's D in 3 quarters. Before that was Auburn's D which held UGA in check and is currently the #32 scoring D. JD threw for 325 yards with 3 TDs and ran for another 89 yards while LSU put up a series record 48 points against Auburn. Before that he passed for 259 and ran for 130 against #11 Mizzou on the road and had 4 TDs in a super-gutsy performance while playing hurt. Nobody has come close to doing what he has done against highly ranked teams or good defenses.

And then what he did against UF last week was just astonishing and historic.

Voters just struggle at times with considering guys that are on teams that aren't in the mix for the NC down the stretch. Nix has been great, so I understand his odds in the race. Penix has had a great season, but had an awful game against AZ St. and has negative rushing yards for the season.
