I'd list the keys like this:
1) Brennan being competent
2) Pelini have a quick transition (aka no confusion on D)
3) The OL being solid again
4) E showing the ability to adjust on offense the way we did this year with Brady
5) Player's not feeling full of themselves after the Natty.
