At a big time job (which LSU certainly is), you can’t hire an inexperienced coordinator.

You’d think we’d have learned that with Jake Peetz or Matt House…

On offense, no doubt poor coaching, but on defense I believe we are well coached.

I don’t think too many young kids get real excited about playing for boring dudes like Les Miles
Les might have been a lot of things, but no one has ever described him as boring. Any guy who hired college intern staff under the categories of "a.m. and p.m. girls" is anything but boring.

All of the rest I agree.

I think you’re right. Let’s hope BK has a plan.

His plan for building a team was for 10 years ago. Those same rules are not in place anymore. He just seems to be late in reacting in everything he does. He was a successful coach that can’t adapt anymore.

Coaching and recruiting can go hand in hand. The more the guys like the coaches, the better the moral. Therefore the better the result. So I do believe everyone working together and trusting is important. That was Houses problem. The a-hole coaches have a hard time getting the players to focus or buy in. Thereby affecting performance.

Although I do agree technique and mental preparedness is just as important. So if there’s an issue there, it should be addressed.

address position coaches first before coordinators.

That being said, coordinators must be involved with the position coaches as evaluators.

The most glaring, obviously, is Brad Davis.

But this works in the positive also. For example, I think Cortez Hankton is doing an excellent job. He shouldn't get too much (some is unavoidable) from the offensive problems. [this is all internal lockeroom stuff]

Kelly maybe was a decent play caller at some point in his career but at LsU he has shown he can’t even make a basic in game adjustment that the average fan can see from the stands. He must not be engaged during the week about what is being installed and why because on game day he is totally lost on the sidelines when critical plays or calls have to be made.

To have an online that can't block, you have to replace all coaches that contribute.

We don't need a new OC we need new knowledgeable fans. Any of you every play the game?

Is it true Sloan leveraged Bryce underwood to be co-OC with Denbrock and Denbrock said f that I’m going to ND and then we lose Bryce, who was never coming here because of Sloan? If that’s the case, that’s on Kelly for not telling Sloan to go back to mid major football and don’t let door hit you in the arse

Is it true you got turned down at your last job interview because you were told you weren't Waffle House timber?

The honest truth is we need a new OC and staff. The D looks adequate. I think Petrino and Sam paired up with Billy would do the trick

Remember back when Les announced he was getting more involved, and you started seeing him with a playsheet calling plays, instead of just standing there?

Everyone bashes Miles, but this was an example of him doing a good thing. We didn't "want" Les calling the offense, but at that point he needed to own it, and he did. It might have just been for show, but he showed he was doing something.

Kelly's just hanging out on the sidelines and we look like we can't move at all. He needs to make a public "I'm going to do something with this myself" type of statement.

The perfect season ticket holder. Doesn’t care about the product on the field but will continue to support the program.

With a couple of exceptions, this is a sunbelt staff.
