The only person you can legitimately put in front of him would be the Washington QB.

Although last night Penix squeaked out a win over a bad Arizona State team, he threw a couple of picks, including one at the goal line, and lost a fumble.

Also, on the bright side, it’s nice to see Caleb Williams crashing. F the Trojans.

Daniels had a 64 QBR against the only team he has faced with a top 50 defense - FSU who is 22. Like or not, that’s what people are looking at right now. He will have his chance in 2 weeks and again va TAMU.

There’s way too much of the season left to be played to be complaining about this. Let it play out. Michigan has their toughest games ahead of them, as DC ones LSU. Those games will determine who wins.

Marvin Harrison Jr is the best player in the country this year, the fact that he’s not even listed supports that list being a travesty

JD's stats blow away all other qbs due to his great passing stats as well as over 500 yards rushing. His dual threat ability is incomparable. JD should be the Heisman winner if he continues to have these kind of stats.

There is a huge anti-SEC movement this year
Dang the media not only hates LSU now, they also have an active agenda against the entire SEC?

Whichever team goes undefeated between Michigan and Washington their QB is going to win the Heisman.

The Heisman is given out to the most popular player on the roster for the national championship frontrunner. LSU isn't a national championship frontrunner. What's the controversy?

That’s just not true.

Despite how upset you’d be, JD can win it too.

He hasn’t played them yet. That’s the point. Whenever he does, he’ll either stay at the top or fall, depending on how he does. Just like you saw happen with Caleb Williams, Michael Penix, Sam Hartman.

After watching Penix last night I’m not impressed at all. Daniels is far superior in every aspect.

Well yeah, you watched the worst game he’s played all year. He’s a very good passer of the football.

Rutgers at number 8 and he had a 97 QBR. I didn’t look further. He will also have his chances to make a case against better teams on his schedule than what Daniels has left. Simple.

BTW - Vegas doesn’t vote for Heisman so stop gambling.

If we beat Bama, he wins it…He would have to completely lay an edd vs UGA to lose it

Daniels worst game, against an opponent light years better than ASU, was far better than Penix.
