Bama never had the ball with a chance to tie or go ahead.
LSU was in control the whole game. Let's not forget that two of Bama's scores were on a fluke return and a trick play that went all the way to the house. The final touchdown also came on one play.
The playoff committee needs to look at this. LSU outplayed them in all aspects of the game.

Special teams have sucked all year. That wasn't a fluke. Neither was Stingley getting torched twice.

But Bama fans are also probably saying that Tua fumbling the ball on the first possession with no defenders within 3 yards of him is the deciding possession as well. Should have been 7-0 Alabama early on.

LSU was dominate minus two long pass plays by Bama. The future is bright baws! Recruits took notice. I think we finish top 2 in recruiting and win the MNC when it’s all said and done! I’m riding bitches!

It may feel like we won a solid game. But keep in mind we were an onside kick and Short drive away from losing that game. We didn’t and LSU is hands down the better team bc of it. But last night was no arse kicking like many here believe.

They scored 21 on 3 busted plays. 2 of those were on the coaches.

If you are going to mention fluke plays then you also have to mention the 2 fluke fumbles by alabama where neither player was touched. That game was VERY close.

No doubt. LSU is the better team in my opinion. But many fans here are consistent saying two things 1) we kicked bama’s arse. 2) we don’t want to play them again.
If we beat Bama as bad as many here think, we’d be happy to play them again. The game was close and I’d prefer to not see them again.

True. I really thought we were going to at least hang 20 on them. Plenty of missed opportunities for us.
