They beat us in 2001. Although we were, at the time, not hitting our stride yet. Ole Miss wouldn’t win another big game after that.
But I agree for the most part.
Let’s look at the really good recent LSU teams:
86 - lost
87 - trounced em won
96 - won
01 - lost
03 - won
05 - killed em won
06 - won in OT
07 - won
10 - won
11 - bitch slapping won
19 - won
These are good ATS odds for you ML gamblers. Elite LSU teams — and I think all of these LSU teams were great/elite — beat Ole Miss usually. 9-2 in these 11 and again, 2001 wasn’t great until after this game. 86 was a fluke.
