Brett Farve played 20 years, he and Nuss are clones, let's hope welfare fraud isn't in Nuss's future.

Most of your post is correct except this web gem:

How do you explain his performance at Kyle Field?

Which begs the question of why we don’t take what the D gives us and pound the ball. Especially in the A&M game. We tried to get cute too many times when they were giving us 5-6 yards on the ground.

I was wondering why we didn't run the ball. That was a game made for Cain.

+1. That dog just won’t hunt. Sorry, baws, but he is what he is. The Aggie debacle removed any reasonable doubt to the clear-eyed. Most just won’t see even when shown. What an ugly hickey the TAMU game was. Inexcusable.

Please get that tripe out of here. How do you explain, through the years, QB’s that have great numbers on crappy teams that get drafted who either made good or not so good in the NFL? Only a few made it to ALL PRO. THIS GUY COULDNT HOLD Warren Moons jock. Get out of here. He won’t ever last more than a season as a starter in the NFL. Mathew Stanford is an above average NFL QB and has played on a suck arse team most of his career. All of those Oregon QB’s that got drafted through the last 20 years couldn’t stick it out with one exception, Mariota. Give it a rest everyone now’s he is gun shy, throw some pressure at him and he won’t pull the trigger and eat a sac because he won’t throw it out of bounds. I could throw his numbers out there but he might be close to JB numbers of ‘18. JB may not last because he has a suck arse OL. Get real JD is the best QB we have and is doing the best he can. His foot work goes to hell with pressure. He can’t make a read on the D. He hasn’t mastered the O to change a play at the line. The SEC WEST HAD A DOWN YEAR AND WE LUCKED OUT. THE NUMBERS PROOVE IT. Now injuries have caught up to us and he ain’t the put it on my shoulders to win it kind of guy. He is to streaky.

NFL scouts have him as the 10th possible QB in this draft. For reference Danny Etling was 6th so you’re just making that up about what “NFL scouts see.”

This is true, you better be more than a one read guy and you damn sure better want to pull the trigger.

NOPE. He will never play a down in a regular season game in the NFL at qb. He might do ok in the XFL or the CFL. He isn't close to and NFL level qb.

Great guy. Very likeable. Those two things don't matter in the NFL.

There’s a better chance at winning the lottery than him being an nfl qb.

They’re looking for raw ability, speed, arm strength, etc. He could absolutely play at the next level. NFL assumes most of the rest can be coached in or coached out.
