The fact we have to deal with this for another 4/5 years atleast is incredibly depressing

Don’t see this buyout happening anytime soon with so much money already going to NIL

No hope with BK incompetently wasting talent again

We’ll lose 4-5 games this season, but next season is when it will start to really get embarrassing

Roster will take a massive hit where coaching will be crucial

BK can’t even coach a loaded roster

Uh, if things get off the rails (which is possible) LSU will have to act sooner. People keep saying we can’t afford to fire BK. But at some point we will realize that we can’t afford not to fire him.

Can’t we just push him to a broom closet for the remainder of his contract. He can be the highest paid Janitor in the country for 5 years. And then we go find a coach who gives a shite with the savings from not having to pay a buyout.

Don’t have to deal with any of it. Just delete LSU and live the life of a free person.

I don’t see Kelly going anywhere for about 2 years at minimum. He will win 7-9 games a year just on talent. The best we can hope for is he at least puts the next coach in a decent position to take over. Kelly is done. He is an old guy and can’t adapt fast enough to this era of college football.

That’s what I’m doing. I have no faith in Kelly. I had hope coming into this season. I was one of the last Kelly holdouts, lol. He isn’t the answer. His time is up

Nah. Solid pipeline at qb if take a portal 1 yr kid.
Rb- same back + portal if dont flip top 5 hs carthage kid
Wr- 2 studs coming in, parker/ anderson/ francis/ billiot/ Watkins/ portal kid
Te- green, green, lafleur
Oline has 8-9 back and can grab portal stability.

De- reliford, pybrun, shanklin, cj jackson, 5 star coming jn
Dt- mckinley, breaux, brown, zion, 2 top 75 overall dts and #1, overall recruit coming in
Lb- ross/ braker/ keys/ z weeks/ singleton, need portal impact lb
Cb- pickett/ woodland/ stamps/ anding, 2 more coming in who are solid
S- cooley if stays, spears, 2 fr redshirting, 2 committed and trying to flip #2 safety commited to oh st.

Impact spots of need: qb, rb, wr, 1-2, oline, lb, s.

Roster is in much better shape depth wise

If we spent nearly 20 million on this roster, how do you convince boosters to buy him out and pay for NIL?

Don’t see it happening. Woody is playing with others people money and doesn’t care.

You realize it doesn’t all have to be paid up front, right?

Kelly is very clearly going to retire before then. He already seems over it. We won’t fire him but I would be surprised if he doesn’t retire not getting it done this season or next.

It’s been said many times he is not riding out his 10 year contract.

Scott is that you?

Doesn’t make it any better if you’re stroking that check. We just did this 5 years ago with O

Big difference between paying $30 mil up front and paying it over 4 years.

Why are yall so damn stupid and "sky is falling"? Nuss is gone after next year, and Kelly changed his entire defensive staff to make sure it got right. He brought back guys he didn't retain, he trusted them to get others, and he even changed his mindset on spending. The damn man fixed the defense. I know he believed the offense was ready to go and would come together during the season. I don't know if he will make the right choice in benching final year starters like Nuss, but he should. Then after the season, he will fix the offensive coaching staff like he did the defense.
