re: The Dude is the real thing

There are things we could do to make the box nice like chairbacks all the way around, put up a metal batters eye like they have that appears to have a door for all of their pregame BP stuff stored in it with the camera booth built in, put a concourse from left field to right field seats with the bull pens in left and right center. The concourse should be general admission and we can do like a two to three tier concourse with standing rails and table tops so you can stand and drink and they should put in like a cooler rule where you pay so much to bring in your own beverages.

But to be on the same level as state we would either have to demo U highs fields and expand are tear the stadium down and start from scratch.
