Lane kiffin proved what a solid offensive mind can do and that we need someone like that.. Herman...

I didn't think Kiffin called all that great a game, to be honest with you. They kept running the ball directly into LSU's blitz until the 4th quarter

Esminger sucked man.

A blind person could tell the OL was going to be the weak point.

He did them no favors with a majority of the playcalls.

Esminger didn't have a stellar career anywhere he's been calling plays.

People actually thought he should be OC.

It's because he played for LSU back in the day.

Kiffin called a bad game.

Hurts scored on a scramble, not a designed play. The offense was read in a large number of situations. They made, I think one or two long bombs all game. Big plays that flipped field position, but until the 2nd to last drive where they really got 3rd downs and worked the clock while they had a lead.

The difference wasn't Kiffin, it was LSU's OC who was terrible.

I rather hire an offensive genius like Herman than gamble more of the right OC hire

Offense will stay good and LSU can attract tremendous DC

horseshite. It doesn't matter if you call the greatest game in the world. When you get manhandled up front like we did, it's hard to get anything going.

Lane still has number one recruits and it's Alabama

So many times OC hires are awful

They work at first but tend to go to crap

Kind of risky

I want an x and o HC

I hate Kiffin offense. He has a RB as a QB and looked like the worse offense we've seen this year. Bama wins because of defense

Lack of performance by the offensive line was the key to this loss. Nuff said.

Alabama games this year:

USC 195 Total Yards, 11 First Downs, 6 Points

WKU 239, 10, 12

Ole Miss 522, 23, 43

Kent State 166, 5, 0

Kentucky 161, 12, 6

Arkansas 473, 25, 30

Tennessee 163, 11, 10

Texas ATm 278, 17, 14

LSU 125, 6, 0

While I agree that we don't have a good QB and our oline played terrible, there's no excuse for putting up the worst offensive performance against Bama this year. Our oline is better than almost all of the teams they've played. We executed on a Kent State level on offense tonight.

The noticable difference was LSU's DC. I feel like Aranda out played saban on defense all thing considered. Really impressed me tonight.

against possibly the best defense in the country.
My point was that kiffin eventually worked out a way to play to his strengths, if we had a HC or OC that was offensive minded we could too all aboard the Herman train!

OC my arse.... the difference was the best d line in the country if not the decade....we did not have the personnel to do anything on offense

His strength was the refs refusing to call holding on his o-line

The difference was DE not being accurate when he needed to and we just don't have the horses on the OL. Period was at the game and our OL was whipped in the run game and didn't give DE time and when they did he couldn't hit them. LSU will get better we just aren't where bama is now period. We should have beaten eberyone else on our schedule though
