Not hard to figure out why Saban is more successful than Miles, that is for sure!!! I just have always wondered why Miles feels he has to be the class clown sometimes. Just makes me believe it really is more about him than people think it is.

What's the excuse for every other coach not named Saban?

Yep and that has won us how many BCS-NC titles in the past 5 years? That would be NONE.

Nope would much rather sit here and troll you!!!

You have to love it, all you sunshine pumpers that have your head so far up Miles arse just because he is the head coach of LSU, you feel he can do no wrong. Yet when you are challenged with his failures, all you can say is "you are a bad fan, turn in your fan card."

I guess it is hard for you guys to think for yourselves. Is what it is!!!!

Less should walking to the 50 before the game Saturday and HAND Saban the ring because that was HIS team. He should hand HIM the 2011 SEC championship ring too! Less is a clown.

I'm amazed at the level of shear stupidity on this board. Maybe you should start wearing Bama gear, that way you won't look so out of place while you have Saban's cock in your mouth. I wonder how Les managed to win the BCSCG with all those Saban players from that 8-5 team he finished up with?

in no way shape or form am i the biggest miles fan. but you are putting saban as your barometer of measuring a coaches success. So who will measure up exactly to that?

You are transposing the fact that he does x-y-z better than miles yet you ignore the idiocy of your own argument that he is superior to all. So why even bother?

Also good fortune has vastly helped alabama win two of those 3 titles. Let's not let that go unmentioned.

Not reading something from Bleacher Report. Maybe Jefferson can speak on Miles, but how can he speak regarding Saban? Saban never coached him.

Reading this article makes Jefferson seem as arrogant and delusional as ever. And frankly, the website for his charity looks like a scam.

because the question and answer had nothing to do with him being coached by Saban. the OP takes what he said out of context to make Miles look bad.

quote:

B/R: What must a team do to beat Alabama?

JJ: Staying disciplined is key. Those victories we had against Alabama, we had an aggressive offensive approach. We threw on first and second downs. You never want to put yourself in third and long situations against that type of defense. That approach helped us out tremendously as an offense. Nick Saban disciplines his team to make sure there is not many mistakes. That makes a team like that hard to beat. There are not too many flaws, blown coverages or missed assignments.

Suspicions confirmed. Jefferson has the communication abilities of a 4th grader. Guy sounds like an idiot in those quotes.

Its not just Miles. Saban is more successful than everyone. Its not fair to compare possibly the greatest coach of all time to Miles. Miles is a top 5 coach with a top 5 program. Unless Saban is coming back to LSU we should be ecstatic to have someone that wins 80% of the time.

Didn't read 'em all but the one about 2 posts up doesn't sound immature at all. It's well-thought, well-said, etc.

Obviously this perception is not just isolated to one players point of view. Maybe that is why Saban continues to out recruit Les year-in, year-out.

He's out recruiting everybody, not just Les. Les has held his own considering what Saban has built in Tuscaloosa. We are lucky to have him. To insinuate that Les is a failure or has done a bad job shows a lack of understanding of real life.

Can you name a coach that has beaten Nick Saban at Bama more than once?

You can dance if you want to
You can leave your team behind
Because my coach don't dance and if he don't dance, then
he's no coach of mine
