Curse or no curse, it’s still a stupid “tradition” and should be retired. Give it to a freshman kicker and be done with it.

#7 should be a defensive number only. That’s where it started. I know Fournette wore it, that’s fine but if you want to honor its tradition and origin it should be on defense and #18 should be on offense.

If there is a curse you have to figure out where things went wrong in giving out the number.
Looks to me the problems started around the beginning of the NIL era and Covid.
