The crazy thing about the vote to expel LSU from the SEC

When the SEC thought LSU was going to play the players in question, the SEC came up with a list of things they would do if LSU proceeded. This included fines, possible suspension for Lane Kiffin, etc.
So LSU not only doesn’t play the players, but doesn’t even place them on the roster.
So how does the SEC react, they decide to take the penalty even further than what they were threatening when there was a possibility LSU would play them.
This proves it’s a personal vendetta by Sankey and the others, because logic dictates the proposed penalties against LSU should have diminished and not increased after LSU complied.

Maybe league office has hard evidence of Lane coercing players to sue the NCAA

What type of hard evidence could they possibly have? Honestly, did Lane write them an email and accidentally CC the SEC commissioner?

Actually the money we are using to pay Kiffin and the 40 million or so we paid out in NIL money is largely predicated on how much revenue LSU expects to gain with the new SEC tv deal. If they aren’t in the SEC, these funds go away.

Threatening retaliation over litigation most certainly is.
