Too bad those 10 win seasons were with recruits who came to school because of Saban.
Best way for Les to shut people up is to have a few 10 win seasons with his recruits and win a NC with his recruits.

this is so f*cking weak. with this logic how is Saban not doing the same thing at Bama with Shula's recruits? how is it not Meyer winning with Zook's recruits? STFU and put Sabans d*ck back in your mouth.

The point is that is the best way for Les to get people to quit comparing him to Saban. To do it with his own players, if you can not see this then I am sorry for you.
BTW: LSU fans love to bring up that Saban is doing it with Shula's players and Meyer with Zook's. It's their fan base that does not bring it up because they do not suffer the same insecurities as many LSU fans do.

As long as Saban coaches for Bama we will not stop talking about him. When we are worse than Bama (which I feel will be the norm), some will pine for him. When we are better (and we occasionally will be) some (most likely the same ones who pined for him) will talk about how much he sucks and how much better Miles is.

Bottom line, there was nowhere to go but down. Les Miles was and is in a no-win situation. If he didn't know it he should have known that coming in.

It means he is doing more if thats your logic.
Miles took over a team loaded to the gills with talent. Easy to win with those players.
Saban winning with Shula's players means Saban really is a great coach. He took over a Bama team with below average talent. 3 years and BOOM! Playing for NC with Shula's players!!
That goes directly against your point. Its a bigger accomplishment!!

Dont you feel stupid for continuing to say this? Why weren't Saban's wins because of DInardo's recruits? let me guess.....that's different. And does Shula get credit for this years wins at Bama if there are players left from his tenure?

Well once he wins with his recruits what argument will people have?
They can no longer say it's Sabans players
They can no longer say he can not beat Saban/Meyer because to achieve some of those goals he would have too.
Les would have really no detractors then until he posted an 8-5 or lower record.
