Just like when they banned Owe Oh, the students will continue to do it anyway.
Even though the students say "Kick there arse" instead of LSU after the first down cheer, it will NEVER leave. That's is probably (next to Hey Fightin' Tigers", LSU's biggest chant.

It was clear on the CST replay, and it isn't just freshman or frats, or it couldn't have been as loud as it was.

It's not a Catholic university. But with the millions of dollars invested in every aspect of college sports, now, the university is scared of losing that investment by the networks and whoever else pays the bills.
Before long, there'll be students up in this thread complaining that we're all "OLD" and won't let them have their fun, and we're uptight, and the university is repressive, etc. etc. etc.
Why the huge need to change every cheer or song to begin with? And Tiger Stadium continues to slip away.

Fuel to the fire... If the AD shows that students are "behaving badly" and that they can get more money for those tickets, they will do it. a year or two ago, they took 1400 seats away and gave them to the public.
